Wengo launches the world's first online service marketplace, voice-enabled by Acapela.

Wengo's service is the first world-wide marketplace for online services that links up users with a specific request (language learning for example) and users that are offering the expertise required (in this case, language teachers) through an audio and video conversation.

The service platform provides experts with a marketplace, an invoice and evaluation platform and communication tools. Wengo thus allows experts to get paid for the services they provide online.

Acapela's speech synthesis is used when accepting the pricing conditions – defined by each expert – and for all steps of the contact process between users and experts.
