Quality Testing of voice-enabled services : Sayso simulates the caller for Auditec.

Auditec, a precursor and leader in software allowing measurement, monitoring and improvement of the availability and performance of all types of service applications from the standpoint of the end user, have selected Acapela Sayso for their Newtest software that measures and monitors services and applications in heterogeneous environments.

The Newtest line provides an opportunity to monitor end-to-end response times, performances and availability of any type of application service. The products are designed for the persons in charge of information technology and operations departments, marketing departments, etc.

With Newtest, Information system and operation departments of large size companies, fixed and mobile telecom operators, ISP's, ASP's and outsourcing companies can achieve an end-to-end vision of any type of internal and external application service provided by IT departments to company customers, partners, and users. Newtest Voice uses Acapela Sayso in voice-enabled application performance tests to simulate a customer doing one or several vocal transactions. Wizards are used to record and monitor transactions and play them back periodically. Newtest Voice is compatible with all of the languages supported by Sayso: French, English, Spanish, German and Italian. Acapela Sayso finds a new choice mission participating in quality measurement in Voice-Enabled Applications.
