Acapela speech synthesis optimises the company’s booking service with a natural vocalisation of information, in French and Dutch.
Acapela Group, the expert in vocal solutions, has been selected by DB Scape, a European software publisher and CRM service provider specialised in automation services and multichannel self services, to speech empower the IVR deployed with the VocaBase solution for the Taxi company Radio Taxis Bruxellois.
Developed by DB Scape and based on VoiceXML server applications, VocaBase offers new generation voice portal administration, design and operation capabilities. DBScape uses Acapela Virtual Speaker, the desktop recording studio from Acapela Group, to generate optimised pronunciation of specific information such as street names, in both languages (French and Dutch) for optimal intelligibility.

The IVR welcome messages have also been generated using Acapela voices and can be heard on +32 2 349 49 49, in automatic mode.
