DB Scape, CRM software and services provider specialized in enterprise content management and publishing, has successfully qualified Acapela Telecom text to speech in its interactive voice server VocaBase.
The first Company to benefit from this cooperation will be Direct Assurance, first French direct insurance company, subsidiary of AXA, with more than 400,000 customers. Direct Assurance will integrate VocaBase and Acapela Telecom solutions on its new platform: Alcatel Genesys. The first phase of the project will be in production at the beginning of 2005 to both qualify the incoming calls and allow customers to evaluate call center service quality.
