Alterbox selects Acapela to read e-mails and SMS in Arabic.
AlterUM, Alterbox's Web enabled messaging platform is designed to satisfy people's needs for independence from time, media and place. The service is being deployed in Qtel (Qatar Telecom) to read e-mail messages when accessed by phone and to deliver SMS to subscribers in fixed networks not equipped with SMS enabled terminals.
