With a simple call, any member can access their Frequence Plus account in real time, and find out the number of miles available, and the latest operations made. The text to speech technology, which can read out loud any written information with a very natural sounding voice, can perfectly read names and numbers.
With Acapela Sayso™, some of the information can be automated, allowing a fast, direct and efficient connection to the member's account, and relieving the human operators who can then concentrate on less recurrent and more complex questions, improving the quality of this service.
The messages are generated with Virtual Speaker, a software solution developed by Acapela Group to vocalise contents with no development, or integration phase and no hardware investment.
